I am using the Smart Connection in Barkakhana, Dist Hazaribagh. the availability of the connection is so poor that, sometimes the avalability of the network is not there for the whole day.

The problem contintues as one cant even call the call center for the help. as there is no network coverage, where house is hardly a kilometer a way from there satelite tower.

They say there singal does not drop, the network is strong... its all false saying to sell there products

I have taken new LIFE TIME connection of Reliance GSM before two months. My service is terminated after one weak by saying non reacceptance of document. But I have deposited copy of my (BIHAR GOVT. IDENTITY CARD) which is the proof of photo and identity, two times at Reliance office MOTIHARI, BIHAR. Till now my service is terminated. Please specify reason and suggestion for reactivation. My No. is [protected].

This is highly unwelcome and has forced me to agree to some of the other people who said that Reliance is all fraud and monopoly

Reliance Smart Connectivity — No Service whole day

Sir/Madam

I have taken a voucher for Rs. 48/- on 24.10.2009 (.. it change all charges to 0.50 paise only ) to my cell no: [protected] and from next day onwards till date my cell does not work.... it show " NO SERVICE" . I had taken up the matter with the local reliance agent (at Kharagpur). They advised me "get the hand-set checked" I followed their advised and still facing same problem... I tried several hours to get-in-touch with reliace customer care but they have not solved the problem yet... how do I get connectivity again ? If required please withdraw the voucher for Rs. 48.00

dear sir/mam. i`m using REL.SMART GSM sim for a long time, but suddenly i`m unable to use without any problem, n the main prob.is my sim is not getting the signal.n showing SIM-CARD REG.FAILED.so pls.help me, i cant call c.care.
