[Resolved] Reliance smart GSM Prepaid Service — Fallacy during incoming calls to Reliance Smart Mobiles | |
Respected sir with due respect, i wish to inform you my bitter experiences while using Relaince Smart GSM prepaid SIM Card . I am a regular and consistent user of Reliance Smart number for past 2 years but since last 6 months. being an end user, a feeling of frustration and helplessness have been developed inside me because of its abrupt service. Let me explain you my plight :- Whenever somebody calls me in my mobile, he/she listens to the caller tone in his/her own mobile and understand that ring is going to me while there is no such prompt in my mobile although my mobile is in fully switch on & ringing mode with all smart towers and network in function . This become more worse when he/she repeatedly calls me while there is no such prompt to me at the same time . Sir, no only me there are several other friends of mine who have came across similar fallacy . Upon enquiring to Relaince Smart customer care executives, they are unable to reply satisfactorily . This is ultimate serious issue concerning to Relaince Smart GSM prepaid service providers, as there are huge chances of chaos and confusion between two persons .Hence i would request you to take note of this and take immediate necessary corrective and preventive action to end its occurence / recurrence . Reliance Smart — bad tower
siri have conected my pc to internet via RELIANCE SMART on 10/06/2008.
But when i connect, my tower is disappeared & connection has lost.i
have complain to cust care everyday but they are not responding till
now.
what can i do for ???
Smart Prepaid — incoming call not activate
sir/madam,My mobile number is [protected] in bihar.On 07/07/08 we recharged with smart coupon for Rs.249.00 only. after recharging the vachaur incoming call inactive where as outgoing call active.please rectified this problem.
ur customer care number(58200) also not responding.

Reliance smart GSM Prepaid Service — Non receiving of Incoming calls
Sir,This is to inform you that I am a consumer of reliance smart GSM prepaid service and after recharge (easy recharge) on 02/09/08, all incoming call facilities are being withheld from my no. I have registered a complaint over this (docket no[protected] and made consequent follow-ups which are yet to yield any result. I think there is a problem of the system. As a consumer I express my total unhappiness over the issue and ask you to do the needful at the earliest possible.
I am also exploring the possibility to take-up the matter with 'TRAI' if the issue is not resolved sortly.

THIS IS HAPPENING FROM LAST 3 MONTHS AND EVERY TIME CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE TOLD YOU WAIT FOR 24-48 HOURS YOUR PROBLEM WILL BE SOLVED. BUT WHY THE INCOMING CALLS ARE WITHHELD EVEN WHEN YOU RECHARGE??????. I AM SELF EMPLOYED NON PROFESSIONAL AND I AM LOOSING BUSSINESS AND HAVING BAD IMPRESSION IN THE MARKET. Smart Prepaid — INCOMING CALL WITHHELD
I am using Reliance SMART no:[protected] since last 3 years.Since last 2 months I am facing a very unique problem.
Whenever someone gives me a call in my number the message he gets is
" Incoming Calls to thge number you have dialled are withheld".
I am having balance of more than 500 Rs left and also able to do outgoing calls.
I have lodged a complain again this problem thrice in the call centre but the response is very bad.
I don't know wheather people in relince care for customers or not.

I am in big problem, my incoming calls are withheld though I have validity up to 10/04/2009. I am facing mental trauma. I need help to sort it out. Already deposited document 3 times...But my number always get barred..

Sir,mai suru se hi reliance (smart) service use kar raha hun jiska number hai [protected] jis par 5 apr 2012 ko 01 pm tak call aaya lekin usake bad mai jis number se bat karta tha usase call nahi aa raha hai yani ki incomming call us number se nahi aa raha hai jisaka number hai [protected] so please mere problem ko jald se jald solve kare. aisa karne ke liye mai aapka ehsan mand rahunga.

Reliance Smart — very often loss of connection/signals
Sir,The subscribers of Gangarampur, Dist-Dakshin Dinajpur, West Bengal are facing a lot of problems because the cell-phone signal (network) of Reliance Smart Gsm practiced itself to be vanished very often 2-3 bays in a week thats why a subscriber get the service hardly 20-23 days in a month.this is a regular matter.while the nearest towers-Phoolbari, Patiram and Buniadpur are serving up to the mark.The local Officers or employees are not very keen to solve the problem.They argues that there are ongoing pwd's work or road-construction and that is the cause of disconnection of cables under the soil.But the work is being on covering the whole area of this didtrict.Why only the Tower of Gangarampur regularly breaks down and in such a manner?
