DEAR SIR,

I HAVE SUBMITTED THE ABOVE INSTRUMENT AT ASC[protected] NARAINA # 41411234 / [protected] ON 04/07/2008.

I GOT A CALL FROM THE ASC ON 11/07/2008 THAT THE INSTRUMENT NEEDS SOME PARTS CHANGE AND IT WILL COST AROUND RS. 1500 TO 2000/- FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED PARTS.

WHILE THE SUBMISSION OF MY INSTRUMENT THE SERVICE ENGINEER / TECHNICIAN CAREFULLY CHECKED THE INSTRUMENT AND ADVISED ME THAT THIS WILL COST ONLY RS. 350/- SINCE ONLY THE ON-OFF SWITCH IS DAMAGED. ( IT WAS WORKING BUT NOT IN PROPER )

I REGRET TO INFORM YOU THAT, IS THIS A SERVICE GETTING FOR THE NOKIA USERS ?. IS THIS GENUINE CHARGES ? .

ALSO I WOULD LIKE TO INFORM YOU THAT WHILE SUBMISSION OF MY INSTRUMENT ONLY THE ON-OFF SWITCH PROBLEM WAS THERE NOW THE DISPLAY ALSO VANISHED !!!. HOW IT IS HAPPENED. THE NOKIA CARE PEOPLE REFUSED TO COMMENT ON THIS AND THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO HERE THE COMPLAINT.

WAITING FOR YOUR ADVISE BEFORE I AM TAKING A DECISION FURTHER AFTER CONSULTING WITH MY LEGAL ADVISOR.

Subject- Facing some network problem during 2 ½ month.

Dear sir,
I am a user of Reliance GSM service(SMART) network for 3 years. I am from north 24 parganas (near kolkata), West Bengal. And I was very much pleased to use that network until I have to face the too much network busy problems, when I make any call. In that case, I have to dial 50-60 times a number to make a call. Even customer care often don’t receive our phone calls. And I am facing this problem during 2 ½ month. Even I make many times calls to customer care and requested them many many times to forward my complain to the Head Office. But there is no progress to service and delete the problem. The customer executive officer only says that please wait, we will surely do anything. Only not me, my all friends are facing that problems.

And today, the network is totally dead. Neither outgoing can be make nor incoming can be done.

We the user of Reliance GSM Service of Kolkata will be much helped i[censored] do anything.

Thank you so much to pay some attention to my mail and waist few minutes for me.

Very Poor Network, Not Sending GPRS Settings
It has a very poor network in the city..and I am complaining from 2 months for not sending me the gprs settings...i am very much frustrated...please help me.who will pay my loss.

I had recharged Rs.400 top up for idea gprs monthly subscription on 18/03/09.
After 48 hrs money started deducting from balance account, after complaining to idea customer care., they provided communication id[protected].they requested to wait till 26/03/09, on 26/03/09 they again asked to wait till 28/03/09, and finally on 28/03/09 they again asked to wait till 30/03/09.
Now, i am fed up with this issue I want my money back which was deducted after activation.

Kindly consider this complaint, waiting for a favourable reply.

Reliance Smart GPRS Service — Poor Internet Service

Internet through Reliance Smart GPRS Service is too slow nowadays in Cooch Behar (West Bengal 736101).

Sir, my mobile no. is [protected] and now i am using the motorola c168 handset. Earlier i was able to use the wap service of airtel in my handset. But since when i brought the Reliance GSM sim the wap(GPRS) service is not working and i have lodge so many complaints in the Customer care and still not able to use the GPRS service. I have received the setting of the GPRS, but still it is not working ...
So is there anyone who can solve my problem, and Reliance people are useless .

I did a e-recharge with Rs 81 GPRS card in my reliance smart no. ...but my "G"(GPRS) symbol is not diplaying in my phone...I also inserted my sim card to other handset, but in that also it didn't showed "G" symbol...What is this yaar...pls anybody help me...my 81 rupees in going waste...

Hello Sir, with due respect i mr.ranjan nidhi singh inform u that today on 18th July 09 i have send a sms ALL to 55100 after sometime a sms came that my handset doesnot support the settings which i require so please contact to customer care so i had contact to customer care they took a complaint against gprs setting and my complaint no is[protected]. my handset is NOKIA 3500 CLASSIC which is enable handset so ples send gprs setting as soon as possible on my -[protected]. I am complaining from morning for not sending me the gprs settings...i am very much frustrated...please help me out.
