[Resolved]  Reliance Smart Gsm Service — No response of complaint at customer care

I am prepaid customer of smart gsm service from 2006. From last 7 days i was unable to SMS "check operator services" message come. i complain at customer care ([protected])about this problem they give me complain I.D. [protected] & told me that they will resolve complain within 24 hour now till today they not resolve my complain.

Reliance GSM — Balance cut down without my permission and they are not registering my complaint

Without my intimation they started different service activation and all togeather they were deducting 30rs/day. I called them asked to deactivate all the activation but they deactivated one only...! i called 4 times them regarding h same lastly i rigisterd one complaint. for that without my intimation they returned just 5 rs for me and closed the complaint. I asked them again to register complaint. They told they can't help and they wont take any complaint. I recorded all my converstion with customer care executive.

I want all my money deducted without my concern.

i m a customer of reliance gsm for more than 2 and 1/2years.since last3 months on my no.[protected] CRBT is activated without my permission.and charging Rs30/month regularly.for this i have logged complain in customercare centre personnaly 40 days ago.complaint no. was also given to me.but no action was taken by company.whenever i sms UNSUB 1003 to155223, it simply replies sorry, we are unable to process your request, please retry later.it is very difficult in today'sconditions to contact customer care, no one have extra time for such silly complaints, NOW KINDLY RESOLVE MY PROBLEM, as early as possible.

I want GPRS setting on my phone Nokia 2690 to connect the Phone to PC & I also want know about the 3G setting also as soon as possible. I am facing problem o[censored]nable to contact in Customer Care from my Phone what to do sir I am dialing [protected] from my phone but it show error in connection . Please suggest me that my problem will be removed I try many times in customer care but can't connected.

Reliance GSM — I am not satisfied with reliance customer service.

I am very old customer of reliance. My number is [protected]. I have complained to reliance customer care at two times for solving my problems. both problems were same. My complain nos. are[protected] &[protected]. My problems are not resolved yet.

I am reliance customer from last year. I am Ankit kumar from Jharkhand, my mob. no. is [protected].The problem is that from the two months ago my mobile balance is deducting regularly even i have not activated anything.sometimes it deduct Rs30, sometimes Rs20, sometimes Rs10... and so on. And now generaly it deducts Rs6., without providing me any information.I have complained about it in the call center situated at ranchi, Hari Om Tower, but no any steps have been taken.Even then i called to the customer care and he also not received any call and if received, then cut my call latter.Is this a method to treat any customer????? this is not good.so please see to this problem and take some steps.if this problem would not get solved in few days then i'll leave this sim and would start using another.And one more thing return my all money back.I am a student and it is very big problem for me because i am not doing any job.Almost Rs100 has been deducted from my mobile balance.It is very shameful..

this is gunjan.i am regular customer of relience from last three years.my old no. is [protected].and i current number is [protected].
i am sorry to say might be i will never use relience in future if my problem will not be resolved soon.
actully without any activation of any pack or without any request on 15 march one pack was automatically get activated on my phone which deduct 30 rs from my main balance
yesterday(14.4.11)at 12:21 pm in afternoon i got a call from relience mentioning that rim will give me a free call tune activation pack as i am a regular customer.the call was of about 2 minute.yet i was not intresed in that i want to say that i am not inrested in this, customer care executive cut the phone without listening.i dial the no.[protected] again but it was not reachable, then i was busy i didnt call to cc center
i call at 198 customer care number at arond 1:00 am in night i requst them not to activate any pack.they accure me i that will never happen again and any pack will also not be active.but today itself 50 rs deduce from my account automatically.
i call at 198 again on 15.4.11 at 11:22am and requst them to give my 50 rs again in my balance.but find no help.


now i want my all lost(atlest my 50 rs).

i face this problem many time in past too.but not mentioning because i dont have any dada
plese resolve my problem soon.othervise you will surely loose your permant customer and i will never recomomond anyone to use relience

Smart GSM service — Request to block the sim

My mobile number [protected] has been lost before 3 months. Now a days my sim is being used by another person. Please block the sim immediately.

Well i would like to inform you that if you donot use your sim card for more than 90 days company blocks it and issue it as a fresh connection in the market. If your no. was so much vital then why didn't you get a duplicate sim from your service provider with some nominal charges. Please don't harash the person who is using it now, as because he is using it as a fresh connection. If you still have a doubt then visit your near by Reliance Web world and confirm it wether the connection is in your name or somebody else had already booked it.

I am subscriber of your mobile service. My number is [protected]. I recharged my phone with an amount of Rs.30 on 18th April, 2011 raising my balance to around Rs.24/- But I was shocked to see on the next day (i.e. 19th April 2011) that Rs.20/ was deducted from my account leaving me a balance of only Rs.4 without any reason. Because I have received no message stating the reason for such a deduction. Please look into the matter and give me a reasonable explanation of the deduction.

mobile compliant — no response the customer care

i have already complaint loged on online but there is no response from the airtel mobile.if i have not received any response from airtel i will change my network to vodofone .my mobile no is [protected]

I have a relaince no.([protected]) from last one year. Every month some subscription like dailer tone n divert call srevices are activating automatically which i have not been subscribed. And they have deducted 35 rs. monthly from my number. Insteed of that i had complaint in ur customer care number and they did not registered my complaints. They are telling me to call another number and there is no responce in that number too. I want to stop all the services immediately which have been activated in my mobile number automatically otherwise i have to complain to the mobile court.

Three month before I take Vodafone postpaid connection The number is [protected] sim serial number is[protected].My first month bill amount is Rs.956/-. I am very much shocked to saw my bill because mostly I use my airtel number only. So I checked with Vodafone customer care they till Rs.655/- is GPRS Charges. Surely I will not use the GPRS connection and also I don’t know when its activated. They tell its automatic one without my confirmation why Vodafone people do like this.
My side sent lost of action and compliance no response from vodafone side.

IF YOU PEOPLE RESPOSE ON THIS SURELY I WILL TELL LOTS ISSUES.

With Due Respect I Rudra prakash sahu a old customer of your network having number [protected]. I have face a lot of problem at nuapada district due to faluire of your network. 0n 23/05/2011 my uncle was expired but due to your network problem i am unable to got this message which is very serious for me.i have only one reliance number. For last 8-10 month i have complaint it to your custome care several time. but they ignore this. i am working as as ADIO nuapada collectrate. i am fastruted at your network system. as a multinational company i can not aspect this due to which i suffer a lot at last night.

There for i request you to look into this matter seriously.

but till now my call rates was not change ,, rates are same as continue ....
