[Resolved]  Reliance Smart Gsm Service — No response of complaint at customer care

Automatic monthly deduction due to caller tune etc
Dear Sir,

Re : Complaint regarding auto deduction of charges for caller tune and munna bhai pack activation in mobile no. [protected]

Though the call talk tune service has been not been subscribed, a service charge of Rs. 10/- has been deducted from my prepaid deposit. It has already been unsubscribed (though it was never subscribed). Moreover, on 6/10/2009, one pack named "Munna Bhai" has been activated without my permission and Rs. 30/- has been deducted. I would request you to please pay back the entire deducted amount of Rs. 40/- (Rs. 10+Rs. 30) and deactivte the pack and also no pack should be activated without my consent.

In this connection, local Reliance Smart office at INDOREe, expressed it's inability to help the customer in this regard. Please do the needful at the earliest and confirm

Reliance GSM — False activation of Cricket Masti Pack

On 19th Sep 2009 on my Rel GSM number [protected] cricket masti pack was activated for which no confimation taken by me n an amount of Rs. 30 was deducted from my account balance.I am appearing for my CA exams in Nov 09 and this kind of deductions are distracting me from ma studies.When I called for the same my complain was not lodged as the executive said that confimation is received from my side and they will not entertain my complaint.

I am not able to call any GSM no still morning can i expected today my problem has been resolved or not ?

Smart Prepaid (Reliance Mobile) — Cut Rs. 30/- for Mobile Radio

I am a subscriber of Smart Prepaid, my cell. no. is [protected]. Yesterday Rs. 30/- has been cut by Smart from my balance amount for Mobile Radio whenever I had not demanded of this service. After that I have tried serveral time for unsubscribe this above service and send message Unsub to 1063 but the message has not being sent. It is a very bad thing. I again request to Smart (Reliance Mobile)for please unsubscribe this service. If the company is not pay attnetion towards this then I will be compelled to go the Court for justice.

this is to inform u that i prateek tiwari is using reliance smart card ( [protected] )with tarrif of rupees 650 that is std calling card in which 75paiseis the call rate in day time nd its 50p at night to other networks and its free to any other reliance smart card in whole india from 11 pm to 6 am...but in my case charges is being deducted of 50p per minute at night when i cal on gsm number to any where in india at night between 11 pm to 6 am..so i want that this problem should be clarified that why their is charges applied for night calling

costs 5rs per week.i activtate it 1 time . after that i requested to deactivate it to your customer care executive many times.they assured me every time that u have deactivated it.but every time this pack avtivated without my wish.they cut my balance.they don't paid clear attention to me.every time my balance was cut. i requested u to take proper actionand give my balance amt back of today's transaction and inform me.

Dear sir,
I have taken a new Reliance Connection of no " [protected] " with my name from reliance advetsiement truck.They have started the service and after 8-10 days then have disconnected service . when i talk to customer care then have told you have to submit your proofs . I had given my Driving Licenses as Proof .
If they are providing free SIM from truck, that means they are the people which are responisble for major terror attack. They are respoisible for security threfts.Because without any proof they are distibuting SIM cards.

So it is my request to our Govt. Pease prohibit them not to distibute any SIM like this; So that major terrist activity can be stopped.

Reliance Smart Customer Care — Failed to Contact Customer care

I am an customer using smart GSM cell since last 3 years. I am receiving calls from a number([protected]) repeatedly since last few days , using abusing language. Since then my normal family life have been disturbed. Tried to contact customer care to complain and trace the caller but failed to contact them. Plz help me since I am in a perplexed situation & not finding any way out. Somebody plz help me by show me the way I should follow.

Smart — customer care officer not take any complaint from custmer

My name is Devendra kumar mukati....my smart gsm no is [protected]. and my bal is deducted for various services...When i call at Cust.Care on 03/12/2009 for detail of services on my no. an officer says to me about TEATIME ser is activate on my no and when i ask about dialertone on my no. he give me info thant no RBT ser activate on my no...I deactivate TEATIME ser on my no and also actiovate DND.. but again my bal is deducted...so again i call cust care on 9 dec 2009 then they say that RBT ser is activate on my no. then I say him that I want to reg a complaint against cust care officer for wrong information then they says to me that they cant reg complaint for this and disconnect my call...again and again i call but all officer say the same thing and when i say them to transfer my call to a senior then one of cust care officer named PRATIK said to me that senior officer dont want to talk with me ane agin they cant submitt any complaint against their officer for wrong information and also you can do anything for this.....so i want to complaint for cutomer care officers rudeness and negetive behaviour for customer.....
