[Resolved]  Reliance Smart Gsm Service — No response of complaint at customer care

reliance customer care [protected] and [protected] call centre service excutive mr kamlesh patile, and mr anujshriwastaw very third class language spek to customer and non senseful to my self.

Dear Sir,

I have an gsm no [protected] of reliance. i have some problem which is specify Sequentially.

• Network Problem in Maharashtra Circle Not proper Signals in city
• Customer care service is very loose as compare to other services.
• When tried your customer care No.*333 Always busy / on *222 always
listen your record our customer care exe. Busy on another call
please hold on. Up to 30 min I was on hold but no response.
• When customer care exe attend call always they said we can’t help because
server is down please call later.

Complaint

I want to use your GPRS Service for that I got phone setting which is successfully installed but when I am trying to connect there is an ERROR!!! “GPRS Not Subscribed” But some day before I was in Dewas (M.P) where is GPRS successfully connected and working properly and when again I am in maharashtra circle the ERROR is continue. Now kindly inform to me what should I do?

my voice chat is renewed on 12/12/2009 but i was call costomer care & deactive the voice chat on 9/12/09 and voice chat is deactive why should dedact my Rs.30 then compalin no .is[protected] no response to me so solve this problem

I have a reliance service customer, the service provider has unnoticely had subscribed me a pack of goverment jobs on my mobile..
But after deactivating it does not get deactivate but still giving me government jobs in my mobile

My mobile no. is [protected]. I had complain earlier also regarding the same. Some times I am facing various problem like, whenever I am making any STD call It showing NETWORK BUSY. whenever I am sending SMS it showing NOT SENDING/SENDING FAILED but my balance gets deducted. I am not able to send any SMS or Make a call. I am really fed up with this!!. can you tell me why?
Whenever I contact customer care service, the executive tells me that there is a promlem with upgredation. I wanted to know when your upgradation will be completed? they ignore to register any complain for that. Yesterday I tried to contact various times at customer care but nobody was pickiing up my call. Pls look in to this.
