[Resolved]  Reliance Smart Gsm Service — No response of complaint at customer care

I am prepaid customer of smart gsm service from 2006. From last 7 days i was unable to SMS "check operator services" message come. i complain at customer care ([protected])about this problem they give me complain I.D. [protected] & told me that they will resolve complain within 24 hour now till today they not resolve my complain.

Dear Sir,
I am Mr. Anil Sahu customer of Reliance Smart GSM. My Mobile number is[protected].I have Rechaged for internet setup in my mobile.Regarding this matter i have talked with reliance customer care no.[protected] for the 5 times. Each time i give them my imei no.Inspite of this comunication, netconnection has not been installed yet.With Disappointment i have been forced to complain against customer care smart.kindly received my complain and seriously take step to install internet setup in my mobile.

Reliance Smart GSM — unusual cutting of balance

I am using the smart gsm service of reliance since last six years but now I am facing a problem since last three months, the problem is that whenever I recharge my balance after two or three hours it get reduced to negative without using the balance, i had complaint about this but no action has been taken till now so now I want that my complain is taken into consideration and action against this complain should be taken as soon as possible.

Sir i am prepaid custmer of smart service.my callertune automatic download and then cut to Rs 10 downloading and Rs 30/monthly song.but i have not download this song.

             mera naam Praful Purohit Hai mai ye complaint jan hit yachika ke liye kar raha hoo. mera Mobile no [protected] hai joki mp mai ratlam mai Smart GSM service ka hai ek din poorva is no par ek sms aata hai ki aapki mytune or miss call service activate ki gayee hai, or 30 Rs deduct kar liye gaye maine aaj raat 12 baje se 2 baje tak costomer care ko lagatar phone kiye gaye par waha se kewal ek hi jawab aaya ki amount kisi bhi halat mai refund nahi kiya jayega. Sir baat 30 rs ki nahi hai is prakar na jane ye kitne logo ke phone se amount deduct kate hai or unki koi baat nahi maante hai ye public ka paisa hai jo kadi mehnat kar ke kamaya jata hai jisko ye ek zhatke mai deduct kar lete hai, ye saari compnyian aise hi paise kama rahi hai or upbhokta apne ko thaga hua mehsoos karta hai, sir mera aapse ye anurodh hai ki aam public ko jo ye bewkoof bana ke loota ja raha hai is par please aap dhyan dekar inki jeb ko katne se bachaye nahi tau ye saari mobile compniyan aise hi profit banati rahegi aur public bewkoof banti rahegi, is Mail ko aap jan hit yachika hi maan kar dayar kare.

Dear Sir,

I am a consumer of you RELIANCE SMART GSM service from last 2 years. A month back, my SIM card has blocked and the SIM card is not detected by any mobile whenever I insert the SIM card a message comes up “insert SIM card”. I have tried several mobiles but the result is the same I have contacted your customer care but it was not helpful.

I need your intervention in the matter to solve it urgently as I am cut from all my important contact and all my contact number are saved in it.

This is like to transfer little bit information as, I am Aamir Husain & a prepaid customer of Reliance Smart GSM m.p. I am permanent user of Reliance Smart services with my number being [protected]. I have been facing problems with the love MixMaza combo pack Service, which I did not require but is automatically activate by system.
Even i don't know why it is automatically activate by the system. So I have been charging since 2 months like this.
I was surprised to receive a message rom “ RM-53030” that“ YOUR SUBCRIPTION HAS BEEN RENEWED AT Rs.49 FOR A PERIOD OF 30 DAYS”, and while checking my balance it is Rs.49 short of my last seen balance. I have not activate the services, they are deducting Rs.49 from my balance.This is very unfortunate that the leading business origination of India is proving itself a leader in not satisfying its customer rather makes people annoyed. I would like to stop this Unwanted service from my mobile phone now and refund the money in my prepaid at the earliest. Other wise the matter will be taken up with concerned authorized administrative, TRAI and published in the web to herm your credentials.

i m very much diappointed with the services of reliance smart sim...they cut balances without any reason and if we call customer care it dosn't respond and if respond they tell that they will not refund the money...i don't understand how can they activate service without customer's permission...i hv lost more than 100 rs in this ...i think u will take strict action to improve ur services to stand in the market as i hv chooses to change the sim and shift to another companies sim but reliance company is not hving that as it has to improve its services to maintain the customer and create new ones...CUSTOMER IS THE KING of present market i[censored] don't gv proper services, its very difficult for reliance to exist in this competative and dynamic business environment...
I think u will glance to my problem...

Sir,
I am a costmer of reliance since 5years. My number is [protected]. Yesterday dt. 19 Oct.2010 with out my knowledge missed call pack is activet .When I had contact costmer care they continusely told me that the sorver is down contact after two hour scince 2days I am contacting them but they are not solving my problem. Another problem is created that is continuosely missedcalls from this number [protected] & [protected] is coming. So please solve these problems.
