this is for unsatisfactory service from reliance and the dealer. i had purchased a new 3 reliance gsm service card launched in feb 2009. i purchased the cards on 10th of feb 2009. i was told that my card would be activated with a sceme giving facilites (FRC Rs.5 ) local calls @0.50paise and STD @1Re but even till date (2nd march 2009) after giving all documents my card is not getting the service said by the dealer. when talking to the customer care they are saying your service will be activated in next 48 hrs. but no response is been recived from the company . and more important the card is also not registered with the documents name given. realy there is some fraud or corrupt practice in all this plz can any body help me to resolve this. i had even talked with the customer cares (supervisor Miss.Anupama) she told that my problem will be resolved within the next 24 hrs. but it did not. i also do not know where my documents (pan card & address proof ) is being used. no action from the reliance communication is been taken for this document complaint for any details [protected]

What the foolish service you are providing???????? you people think that we are fool, how long will compromise with your service.

We are the very important customers for you just because o[censored]s you are reaching on this level and after getting the name and fame you people are literally cheating us by the way you are providing service that is totally worst.

That was the period when i suggest the another person to go for Reliance ( SMART GSM ) but now if some body asked me, i always suggest to go for any other service provider except Reliance, when your management not able to provide hassle free services than you should stop your businees.

I am using your service from last 4 years and i feel very bad when i am writing you this mail this is just my compulsion to use your service because i have given this no. to all my near & dear including corporates, hence if you can do some thing best not for me for you that will helps you alot otherwise very soon you will lose your besiness atleast from Chhattisgarh as we are the promoter that you must know.
