i have a problem in my account, the balance is reduces 50 paise per day and i dont know for what.
if any value added services is on so please off it

my no is [protected].My account have been deducted an amount of 9.50 saying its for the renewal of message voucher for 15 days which i have already updated my account of Rs.39 for 1 month.Please look into the matter and help getting back my balance.

I have a Reliance Smart GSM no [protected],which I using for about a period of 2 years.I have no problem with ur service before a sum of Rs 30 is deducted from my main balance last month.I tried to contact the customer service but failed.Then I let it go.
But today again on 21.6.2011 an amount of rs 30 is deducted from my main balance.Once again I tried the customer service and failed.though I have not activated any value added service hence this type of activity from ur side is really very regretful.I request you to take necessary step on this matter or I will be bound to change ur service which I dont want...Thank u..

I had given a complaint on june 21 2011 about the deduction of balance from my account.I also had received 7 nos of calls from the service provider saying that my account been credited with the amount which was deducted.But till now I have not received any balance,and when I informed them the same,the executives told me that they will check it and call me in a moment which did not come in these 10 days....
Now please suggest me why should I trust on your service and should not change it....

I m very disappointed frm ur sevieces & all the time my balance is deduct without any information n my balance deducted for sms which i recived frm ur company.i dint activate any offer or any kind of service frm reliance services pls help to sourt out my problem due to balance deduction
Now a days why this problems r happning pls help
so many times my balance deduct n why ur costomer care service all the time route r busy n busy

Reliance GSM services(smart) — deduction of balance without activation of any service

i priyanka kamaria, one of the customer of reliance GSM services(smart prepaid account).my moblie no. is [protected].i am very much dissatisfied with this service as service providers deducted the15 Rs from my balance without activation of any services by me on 12/11/2011 at 9:30AM then i have called smart call centre but they always replied that due to some technical problems we can not help u this time please call later , this is not the first time,i have such problem previously also and i have made complain at that time also but not any satisfactory action taken at that time.
please solve my problem and take action against this unethical deduction of balances by such service providers who cuts the pockets of many middle class persons like me without any action/reasons and if their call centers are not for customer support then what is the need for such type of centers?
i am expecting that action will be taken soon and my deducted balance will be reimburse to my account as soon as possible.

Dear sir i am sunita dash from bhubaneswar odisha . i am using my smart sim from long time ago.But from couple of month my balance automatically deducting contineously.I have register complains lots of time here in local office, but still i found no result. Now i thought time to come to forcefully i have substitute smart.So please help me otherwise sir i have no way except change it..
