[Resolved]  Reliance Smart GSM SIM — i cant access GPRS my mobile

I have called to Customer care and was told that connecting to laptop through Rel GSM Sim for browsing purpose can not be done.

i cant ascess GPRS my mobile
i bought Reliance smart GSM sim on 26nov08 for using GPRS
in my laptop but after calling to customer care i got dissapointed.
after receiving setting twice GPRS is not working.i have [protected]...

Dear sir
i am using Reliance Smart GSM service ([protected]) from more than one year and also availing its GPRS facility. Last time i have rechared GPRS with Rs-303/ on 15/06/2009 but till i have not asses my GPRS.I have allready reported a complain(ID:[protected] to customer care but they have not taken any action and closed my complain so again i repeated it on same complain ID on 20/06/2009.Till i have not reaceve any positive responce.
So please take immediate action regarding this.
