[Resolved]  Reliance Super — Refund of additional amount charged

1. I had made a purchase of Rs 670.22 from reliance super, jamnagar, gujarat on 9 Aug 08
2. I had paid the amount thru' my debit card. When i checked my statement later, i realised that the same amount was deducted from my card twice on the same date.
3. I had submitted my bank statement showing the details and the bill details to the staff of reliance super on 27 Oct 08
4. I was promised that the additional amount charged shall be reimbursed in my account within 15 days.
5. However its been a month now and the amount is pending at their (Reliance) end till date.
6.I had also given a call at the store but did not receive a reply from them thereafter.
It would be appreciated if the concerned agency still manages to reply
