[Resolved]  Reliance Web World — Poor service!

Dear sir/madam,

I am attached with Reliance Communication from last two year via mobile.
I want to online purchase a book on ThinFilm Technology from firstandsecond.com by using a suitable option for payment at Relience Web World so,for that i visited Relience Web World,Sec 11, Gandhinagar and talk to customer care dept. but they dont know about it and they give nonresponsible and rood answer to me that "Such work never happend in Relience and use other option then Relience!".

Such a rediculus answer may damege credit of relience and at a same time in evening 7:30 Yesterday,not a single responsible executive present over there is a same full and i ask to give a contact no. of corrosponding person so,that fellow said that we can't give contact no.is again shamefull for Relianse and also create dussty image in new customer.

Reliance is new milestone in growing market and it will be there forever so,please give me positive reply and i also submit it in other Reliance Dept also.

I want to deactvate VAS Pack in my mobile last six month but there is a problem in deactivating system.
I contact to costmer care for this problem he given me a mobile no.51234101 for VAS Pack unsubscribe and i fallow all instrutions for unsubscrib but problem as it is and i am paying Rs.49 per month.
Please rectify my problem as soon as possible.

Dear Concerned,

I have approached Reliance webworld, Indira nagar Bangalore for purchasing a reliance mobile. I have shown my company Identity Card, Company letter, passport and PAN card. Still the webworld authorities where not ready to give me the connection. I am staying in a paying guest and i dont have rental agreement. The authorities told they will accept only rental agreement to give the connection. I dont understand why the authorities refused me from getting the prepaid connection.

Dear sir,
as per subject my phone no. is 3240550 which is register in the name of ashutosh gupta address 172 c block panki
kanpur.it was a post paid paid number and was converted into prepaid by depositing re 700.00 in your web world station.
after this conversion i've got a massage that conversion of post paid in to prepaid is sucsessfully done and also mention of getting os rs 700.00 for same procedure.i 've used this prepaid phone up to one month and later on this phone become dead.after enquired for the reson i 've got the answer that due to line enhancement your number is deactivated and assured us that after few days services will be start.up to till date my phone is still in dead position and even after making so many complaints no one in your company personnel is giving me any assurence of resolving this problem.now i just want that either you reactivated this dot number or return my 700.00 rs.furthermore a i am facing this problem for last 5 months and i am very upset to delt with such type of poor working attitude so do the needful at the earlist otherwise i've no way insted of consumer court.

executive came in the morning 6th of feb 08 and taken documents and 250/-.today is monday 9th feb.steel not any response. i called but did not pickup the phone.as the executive disscussion it will take only 24 hours for activating.what is it...sir

I brought the relience gsm sim on 6th of april.after using 3 days, i found on night there is no network in my cell.it is showing sim card resistration failed.i am having N73 handset.for this i talked to custmor care atleast 10 to 15 times.they did the rude behavior with me.they didn't satisfied me.actually they don't have the efficient knowledpe reparding this.they transffered my call to his senior.after being on line atleast 1 hrs, 3times, no body attend my call..i[censored] can do anything for me pls do.i'll be highly grateful to u.My no is [protected].

NOW ITS BETTER TO CHANGE THE OPERATOR.

This is a email i am writing not just with one instance but its been months and it had to get to your notice. It is about Reliance Web World in Paradise, Secunderabad. We do have expectations when we go to the Reliance Web World as it would be a world class experience browsing Center. But it is not even comparable to any local internet parlor. We do not have headsets. Few systems are not working, most importanly the Air Condition it has new worked in the browsing center for last two or three months. Whenever i questioned i got an answer from the Technician that it is a technical difficulty. How is it possible in a world class center like yours would take 3 months for resolving these kind of simple problems.

Next comes the Manager of the Center i heard him literallly shouting at his employees in front of the customers that they could not acheive their targets for the Browsing Recharge. It is unethical and unprofessional. The employees are unable to reach their targets just because people would not like to use the services as they are not of the standards. Hence this is not the failure of the employee but the manager as he could not maintain the given facitlities. Paradise Circle is an important business center and your service sucks like this it could be very bad for you.

At the same time i would like to compliment that there is another Reliance Web world in Begumpet which is world class and i was very happy when i was there any time. I am totally happy about it. I also have broadband at home and am very happy with the services provided.

But regarding the Web world in Paradise it sucks, please follow up on this email and please take the required action.

I am extremely exhausted by your inappropriate services towards me. Been using your company's phone since last 4-5yrs, Recently my Mobile numbered [protected]'s(bought in the name of Mrs. Rupa Ketan Shah) incoming as well as outgoing has been ceded since 5thAugust, 2009.
Thereby I consulted customer care, many a times from where i came to know that as there is no web world in Vapi. I have to submit the specified documents at Athwa Lines Reliance Web World, in Surat, by 11th August, 2009.While doing so on given date, they assured me, that within 48hrs my mobile's incoming and outgoing will be activated. I am really disappointed to know that till now they have done nothing.
My very important work has been stucked due to this, So i strongly emphasise you to take serious action on it.Reply on this email'id for any further details required.

Reliance Web World — Data Card not activated & Bad service

Dear Sir,
This is very pain to write you and honestly I have lost my patience during the process of Data Card connection & a Postpaid mobile connection from your Reliance Web world Nigdi, Pune.

I will tell you the datewise process
13.08.2009 - Our office boy inquired at Web World.
17.08.2009 - Me & our Technical person visited the Nigdi Webworld to know the exact process & specifically I told Ms. Mohini for the final list of required documents for the required connections.
18.08.2009 - We submitted the required documents after assurence from Ms. Savita about the data would be in use after two days.
20.08.2009 - Again they asked for address proof of the signing authority, which they were didn't told earlier.
22.08.2009 - In evening they activated data card but not mobile.
24.08.2009 - Fine morning I started followp and requested Ms. Mohini to complete the process on urgency because there was very much urgent requirement with one of our newly open branch. Even after lot of follwup she could not and they are not in mood to serve.

26.08.2009 - After enquiry they told us, that your data card will be activated with in two days.
29.08.2009 - Again with lot of redialing at web world, fortunately I were connected & Ms. Mohini told me that your data card process has been suspended due to some amount pending from your side. I requested her to sort out at the earliest because we were eagerly trying for data card and asked the exact reason and she replied after two couple of hour she told that your five mobile no's bills was pending and that resulted to suspend this data card. Pl. submit this bill to activate your data card.

30.08.2009 - About the said no's we unable to search so far but as I required this card very urgent so I took the amounted cheque & visited the Webworld & now she said your data card can be activated after this cheque Clarence. If she expecting me to deposit by cash then she must have to told me earlier. Despite of helping us they really pushed in a problem.

And now my boss shouting at me that, a simple data card is taking more than two weeks to start and even after lot of connection purchased from Nigdi branch.

I had contacted more than 20 times at Reliance Web World and reply was not up to the expectations.
As if you check our record in Pune or nationwide we have very good relation with Reliance & we always go for Reliance only. And this is not the first time we have suffered but everytime we have to suffer
