Reliance Smart — balance deduction
Respected Sir/MadamI am using reliance smart (madhya pradesh) with [protected] .
I am feeling so irritating because of the services and wrong information in last few months.
Now a days ,i am in roaming [kanpur (u.p.)].when i am trying to speak to coustmercare then the number is not connected .i tried hundred of times but in-vain.
I recharged with 599rs voucher,but it doesn't work.even my friend confirmed about the voucher to the coustmercare,then after i recharged.
I am facing many problems with reliance smart in last few months ( i rechrged 99rs for gprs pack 3times but it didnt work and my main balance of 100rs was deducted) and i applied for M.N.P. too,but coustmercare executive promice for no future difficulties,so i didnt process for M.N.P.
I am in roaming,i called many numbers of reliance,but it seems they are not taking seriously.i contact to reliance office too.But nobody wanna help me.

Reliance Smart — Balance Deducted
Dear SIR,I want to say in reliance smart always my balance deductioin.My mobile no is [protected] on the date 8/07/2011 balance was deduct. please solve my problem as quick as possible. i am saying truely near abot RS.600 to 700 without any reason they always deduct.
