Despite numerous calls to the company at their numbers[protected]/28116860 ever since 10th of January, 2012 -Complaint No. 6024- no action has been taken even as the company repeatedly promised to call me back and inform me when the mechanic would arrive to investigate and rectify the fault in the geyser in just the second season.
The dealer Mr Sanjay of M/S Reliable Safe Works, D-17, Sector 9, Noida, on being contacted, also spoke to the Company on 16th and protested lack of response during the cold winter times and yet no action has been forthcoming.
It is very clear that the company is not bothered and very possibly not equipped to service the clients and they are interested only in making money by selling products without any responsibility.
