I want to renew my sify.com broadband subsc ription on the same system as i am having.
I am not able to get online booking since after filling up all details, when we go to Payment by credit card, online connexions are not got.
Vardhini information systems thro' which I used to pay have not come to collect cheques even though intimated on 7/8/'09 > They do not experienced persons at the desk to answer or attend to renewal.
Today, i talked to some one in sify who heard patiently and agreed to arrange for collection of cheque promptly .
So far none have succeeded. unless i gewt prompt action from some responsible reply, i amm switching over the server.

renewal — yesterday renewal but not yet channels are coming
my vc no [protected] and i am paying one month subscription yesterday morning at viveks customer care centre in t.nagar they told me just 24 hrs it is activated but it is not coming tomorrow also deepavali lot of programe also their so please activate my above vc no and do the service immediately
