[Resolved] Reservation at Blue Ginger Resorts at Wayanad — Unsatisfactory Rooms and now they refuse a refund for the same
This is with reference to a booking through Ezeego1 at the Blue Ginger Resorts Waynad on the 15th May 2009 (Booking reference EZR[protected]
We paid the entire package money of Rs.13, 000/- before the travel.
On reaching the venue we were checked into a cottage No, 206 which did not have ample light and ventilation. On asking for an upgrade we were informed non-availability. So we decided to check out,
When we asked for a refund the hotel management told us that they had not received the money from the travel agent (Ezeego) so they cannot refund the same.
Ezeego claims that the money is with the hotel so they cannot refund the same.
I would like to bring to everyone's notice that this was not a cancellation, it was unsatisfactory service.
Between the two companies I have lost good money and the earned the trauma of a bad holiday.
