Honourable Sir,
The injustice is done with us in revenue records, we were
cultivating the land more than 50years ago, when our for- fathers were
alive, the owner of the land is helpless, illitrate, dumb and duff and blind, so even
he doesnot know he has land, in relation he is my father's nephew and
his father had seen his inability and handedover his land to my father, and
since those days this land being cultivated by us.and his portion and
his all care be done by us, but by the interfere of few his relatives
after the death of his father and my father,
They with a tricky way,
occupied his land, and regisetered the land in their name, we don't know
how it happened ?when we saw the revenue record than we came to know, it
is injustice clearly seen, .since owner is alive and helpless in all sides, than how the registery took place?this shows neatly that with the help and full co-operation of revenue department these registery was made and it is injustice with us and with real owner of the land who is helpless by all sides.
The occupier of land are (WHO BY TRICKY WAY) -:
1.MrPuran chand, license clerk in SDM office Jogindernagar.
2.Mrs.kalawati w/o sh.Raju.vill:
Katipari, Padhar.Ieh.Padhar.Distt.Mandi.H.P.
Therefore we request you to draw your attention on our request to give
us justice.pls note -in the previous revenue record our name is
mentioned as a cultivators(kastkar)and we have record of that with us.( PATWAR NAKAL)
Please find out who with the tricky way along with the revenue officers done this injustice with the real owner and kastkar.(cultivators) and take proper and necessary action please.AND PLEASE FORWARD THIS GRIEVANCE TO THE RELEVANT DEPARTMENT FOR NECESSARY ACTION.
