[Resolved] Reynolds/Reynolds Trimax — Not Providing Refill Cartriges | |
I gone to Reynolds Showroom in Eternity Mall in Nagpur on dated 29/06/2008 around 7.00 pm, and asked to give me Refill Cartridges of Blue and red ink which has been purchased from same shop 2 months before as they assured me any time I will get the refill cartridges of the same pen. But the sales man (name Sarang & Rout) told me that is not available with them and they can tell when can be make availble too. When I remind them about their promise of selling the same pem to me 2 months before, they told very bluntly that the company's interest is selling only the new pens not in the refill cartrridges and the company can not make production of such things on right time. This is very embarrasing situation and I urge that company must take care of my coplaint and take necesaary action too. Was this information helpful? | |

Salesman are always like that, they don't care about customer-relationships coz just by selling products, they are going to get their salary.
anyway, you can always get refill frm local pen(stationary) shops @ Rs 15.
I usually get it from medical square, Nagpur(my nearest stationary shop),
never had to search too many shops.

company should produce to ink for trimax pen because pen is costly and consumer would not able to puchase pen again nd again...
