[Resolved]  Right florist Pvt. Ltd. — Non delivery of Gift

On 16th Dec 07 I did online shopping to send a gift to my son at Santa Clara USA to be delivered on 19th Dec 07.I got the transaction confirmation instantly from [protected]@uk.worldpay.com
Transactio id:[protected]: Merchant's card id WGFU[protected].Money was was withdrawn immediately from my account.Payment was done by credit card.E mail id of the vendor is [protected]@vsnl.net
I have sent about 10 e mails to enquire about the delivery of gift but there is no reply.Yesterday I sent the mail on same id by different name requesting for a gift to be sent urgently to USA and they immediately responded to it.Can you please help to trace this fradulent transaction.

Just an update. The company are now trying to tell me they have delivered the flowers! Unbelievable! Any one who has been scammed by this company I urge to go back to your credit card company. My card provider is currently reclaiming the money from www.gifts2spain.com, which is owned by Right Florist PVT Ltd. The bank have said, without question, I will get the money back. May take a few weeks but it will come back.
I ordered from this company through the website www.giftflowesusa.com

Thankfully my gift was delivered on schedule.

So I am glad to say I am happy with this company and will do business again

I went through these reviews once after ordered a Valentine's day gift for my wife. I assumed I made a big mistake. I had ordered a gift to be delivered in Kochi, Kerala through Kochiflorist.com(sitting in the US). The gift actually reached my wife. I am sorry that other people had such incidents, but I guess I needed to let all know that they delivered my order.
I have place an order to deliver a cake and chocolate to my nephew in Bangkok on 4 March 2013. Moneybookers have confirmed that payment has been made. However, Right Florist has not confirmed my order and their e-mail [protected]@rightflorist.com is non existance. Is this florist a SCAM? Also, ther eis no respond for e-mails to [protected]@vsnl.net. I would appreciate if Moneybookers could provide an avenue or e-mail address to allow customers to complain on 'bad' suppliers and stop payment if rrquired.
Horrible experience with a Chinese lady (asked her name and she doesn't want to give) from Ambassador their Hong Kong branch that handles below orders for this website (http://www.hongkongfloristshop.com/About_us.asp is actually RIGHT FLORIST PVT LTD). Conclusion is no reply and no refund.

I cannot accept such thing as refund the difference of the item. I ordered an expensive wine cost HK$800 and received a different wine that I found out only cost HK$100 . This is not acceptable.
