I was really shocked when i went shopping there and found that they charge nearly 50% more on the water 10 litle can deposit, when i asked the person about it, he was not even responding or caring to explain the reason.
I felt really bad when the shop incharge told pay what we ask or else go out, when it is written on the bisleri can thet the deposit is only 100, hey demanded 150 for the same and was so irresponsible in giving the reason.
why the heck you people sell such things and cheat the customers, i request ppl to go and buy from some good shop and not in nilgiris

I trusted you people because... I order flowers in 2007 for Valentines Day and they got there perfectly. Now because someone has ordered from you, you have decided to take advantage of people who trust you? IS that the way Indians do business? That's shameful of you guys! It's a great shame to your country as well! Especially when you are being trusted more than China! You are no different to them!

I ordered a gift basket for my son in Spain. The web address was gifts2spain.com, however the payment went to Right Florist.
The basket has not been delivered and I can not get any reply.

A gift basket was ordered from gifts2spain.com, credit card charged and NEVER delivered. My credit card was actually charged by Right Florist Pvt. Ltd. - a total RIP OFF COMPANY.After many days of trying to contact them and sending e-mails, there only response is - " I will do the needful to you"
The gift has not delivered, and no one will advise anything.
I strongly suggest that you do not do any business with RIGHT FLORIST Pvt Ltd. Please carefully check what company is behind the web site as they work under many names.
I am getting worried about this website. I got lured into. Is there anyway we can complain to the any Indian authorities. We all work hard for our money and this company is taking advantage of people all over the world. My boyfriend ordered a day before V day a bouquet of flowers through their so-called Singapore website and till now nothing has arrived. I do hope some actions are taken against them...am quite sure the compant is a fruad...even if it isnt, they have no service standard and shouldn't be cheating consumers of their hard earned money...will gladly join Christian in the complaint against them

These are the worst ever online shop u will find on the net.
1. There is no email confirmation after placing the order.
2. You need to call them 5 times atleast to confirm the order.
3. Finally they change the cake according to there availability and they don't inform the buyer.
4. Too much arogant in there response.
