Right Florists did make the promised delivery to my wife in Japan on time, and she was very happy with the bouquet.

I am uncomfortable with Right Florists' business practice as appearing to identify themselves as a domestic supplier under different names in different countries (I began my order with Japanflorist.com or some similar website), and then switching at the point of confirmation to a florist in India--this did not inspire confidence for me.

Also, the customer service can use some polish--Mr. Rathi was a little impolite on the phone, curtly telling me to read some numbers from my confirmation that simply were not there. Evidently he has not looked at a confirmation form recently. No apology received.

I would do business with this company again WHEN THEY CORRECTLY IDENTIFY THE LOCATION OF THEIR BASE OF OPERATIONS and cease using deceptive practices.
