I have life time validity RIM, in which Rs 496 voucher is activated for one month STD free. In each month i recharge my no. before expiry date that is. before the end of month. this time also i did the same. i have payed to Rs 496 to the shop but it is not recharged. SHopkeeper handed over me the reciept . My expiry date is passed without recharge. in Customer care it is difficult to contact bcos it is saying no. *333 does not exist also in other number of customer care no doby is respoding properly. First time i have seen worst class service and bedbug type of service by any mobile company. better you close your service instead cheating the customer. sir,I have prepaid Mobile conncection which No. is [protected], i have recharged 199/- life time scheame in july, 2008, but still coming message that last validity is 26th august, 2008, pls check and send me answer kindly, i m from chhattishgarh (MP)
