[Resolved]  Rim — WRONG DEDUCTION

MY MOBILE NUM IS : [protected] FROM LAST 06 MONTH UNNECESSURY DEDECTION IS BEING FROM MY ACCOUNT 30/ RS. / MONTH WITHOUT ANY REASON. I AM NOT USING ANY DIALER TONE ETC.

I HAVE TRY TO CONTECT COUSTUMER CARE AT MANY TIME BUT NO PROPER RESPONSE FROM THERE SIDE AND THEY ALWAYS DISCONNECT THE PHONE DUE TO THIS REASON I AM VERY UPSET NOW IF NO ANY REPLY BY YOU THEN I WILL MOVE FOR CONSUMER COURT.

AWAINT FOR YOUR RESPONSE ON HIGH PRIORITY.

RIM — deducting 30 rs every month without subscribing any pack

my mobile no. is [protected] rim is deducting 30 rs every month since 27 2008 fordevotional pack i had never subscribed. after many complains complain no.73434008, 73101517, 76185649 the problem has not been solved. this is the last warning for you if you will not solve the problem i will file a case against you in distric consumer forum. thank you

I have recharge 55/- plan and get 48/- balance. I dont make any out going call only received incoming calls but my money is deducted and my remaining balance is 11/- My no. is [protected].

I am writing this letter to complain in the strongest terms about the poor service that I have received from your company.
I am Pravin Padiya from surat. i am a prepaid customer from last 5 years. my no is :[protected].

I have activated 1 passa per sms plan from last month. this is a auto renewal facility that told by your costumer care executive when my message service is completed this service dose not activated and SMS charges 33 RS were wrongly deducted from my account.Because of your technical problem my SMS service is not activated.

when i complain regard this to your costumer care executive they deny to right to complain they hold my phone more then 50 minuets they told.

So in my sight reliance provide very bad service. They deduct amount from customer without any resion.

kindly pay attention on my request and please credit my balance as soon as possible to my account which was wrongly deducted by you.

Sir, from my current balence 55 Rs on 19/08/10 deducted in sms service.i have a sms pack rs11 every month deducated in my balance but today i send sms then i charge 50 paise pe sms.
i dosnt get any sms from relince cdma services that my sms card is finish
when i callcustomer care senior ext. shre niwas he talk me rudely and he say wht he do.
