[Resolved]  Rim — Wrong Deduction of Money from my Account

wrongly deducted money from my A/c.the customer care say that u activated this service but i didn't activate that type of service .this is happen once in month when my balance is more then that service. the cuatemer care says that our system shows that u activated the service my msg but i didn't send any msg?
what can i do? my mob no is [protected]

mera mo no [protected] h main aapki service se presan hu kyoki main apne no. pr koi bhi service nhi lgata fir bhi mere mobile pr relince se service lga di jati h or complain krne pr koi sunbae nhi ki jati h maine dnd ka sms bhi kiya tha
so sir ye service agar deactivate nhi ki jate h to mai cort me complain kruga

i got one sms from relaince "in rs.49 650 sms for 30days..."something like that but i dont know to activate that from cell...i call to call center but they not have any idea of that...so

I have found in many times I lost my money from my account. I didn't apply for any pack & I found that Rs. 49/- has been deducted from my account on 11.11.09. Then I talked customer care. He told me that some pack regarding Share market is activated on 11.30 but neither I did not activate this nor I find any call Please unsubscribe this pack and refund this money to my account.

Subject:- Transfer of my PF Account form Mumbai PF office to Ahmedabad PF Office

I have worked in M/s Dorsch Consult Pvt. Ltd, a Mumbai based Consultant company form June 2006 to June 2008. During this period, company has deducted my PF amount and deposited to my PF Account No.:- MH/92188/91. However, till date I have not received a single P.F Slip as well as I do not know my total PF amount.
At present I am working in M/s Jaihind Projects Limited and request for transfer was submitted to PF Ahmedabad office on dtd.7th July’2008 and present PF account no is GJ / 7529-A-477.
Regarding my PF Account transfer from Mumbai to Ahmedabad, i have done numbers of communications with Ahmedabad PF office, Grievance, Mumbai PF office etc. Eventhough, i have not received any positive result till date. I request you to help me in this metter at the earliest.

Early action in this matter shall be highly appreciated.

The service of RIM to RIM free plan is not functioning, as per normal procidure after 48 hrs. of sim activation the services fully started but that time i cant use the abov mentioned (rim to rim free plan).

I am having two SIM cards of Reliance 50p/min plan([protected]/[protected]). The service is not good. every call ends within 5 to ten seconds. The network coverage is very poor in Kamothe navi mumbai. I am lining on eleventh floor but I am not getting proper network coverage and when I go on street I don't get ork coverage.

Dear ADA RIM Team,

My name is Mr. Gajanan V. Jog; I'm using RIM since 2004. While purchasing Reliance CDMA, I had deposited Rs. 2, 000 to R Web World, Kalbhadevi (opp. Metro Cenema) and when asked for receipt, I was told that it is records and receipt is not given for this by Executive attended me.

Now, when I approached the same R Web World on 4th January 2010 to get my Deposit back since I do not want ISD service, shockingly the Executives saying they do not find any records for the same for 2004 and asking for Receipt, and explain the same thing about the Receipt, then they asked for any proof of payment.

Luckily, since I didn’t get the receipt from R Web World, I preserved the payment slip of my credit card through which I made payment.

When I produced the same on 7th January’2010 since 5th and 6th I was turned up at RWW, Ms. Anudnya Kondhakar was not in place and then I approached to Mr. Bhushan he told me to come on next day. On 7th January’2010, Ms. Anudnya Kondhakar told me to contact next day.

And now when I contacted her on 11th January 2010, she sounded like there is no value of my Rs. 2, 000 and not in hurry to find way out to return my Deposited Money. Over that she started saying, “the proof is not enough, and need credit card statement of the same.”

How can I keep the credit card statement of 2004??? And further I have stopped using that card.

I was using Reliance Mobile with ISD facility, she could have found that in the system then why she is adamant on addressing the issue???

So, I wrote to RIM Consumer care and Chairman's office with attaching the CREDIT CARD PAYMENT SLIP for reference.

While I have deposited the Credit card swap slip they are not having records is RIm fault, not given me Receipt in 2004 inspite of asking for, is not my fault ether, but now my Rs. 2, 000 is looted by Reliance Communications Ltd.

Is anybody have solution to get my money back?

Please reply and stop using any RELIANCE PRODUCT.
