[Resolved]  Ring Road Honda — Most Useless Dealer

The most useless Honda Dealer when it comes to servivcing. Have staff which it seems have been picked up just to fill in the numbers. Right from the lady who is sitting on the phone to the so called service engineer to the Showroom manager.

Gave my car for servicing , for 4 hours not even a single person gave any update on this. Called them up 13 times after that my car was attended to. Noone asked what needs to be done no one was interested. The person who came to deliver the car said Sir too many cars were there for servicing. I have no Idea what is wrong with Honda they have become even worse than the roadside mechanice. Earlier there were procedures but now nothng

1) I was not asked what needs to be done in my car
2) Had to call up myself to get a job card open (12 calls)
3) No confirnation of car reaching their facility
4) The car comes back without any intimation
5) They only washed the car and that too it was just plain filthy
6) no feedback form issued
7) Go to Honda website their feedback section dosen't work

Maybe Hoinda has also just become one of the companies who have fallen from grace.

They are the worst, I bought a City about 6 months ago and had a problem with the stiff rattling suspension. I raised it at the time of its first service, they said it's a new car and will be fine in time. After the second service it still persists. I took the car to the service station and all they did was drive around check and just tightened the underbody. Also saying that there was body rattling, well now how did that happen to a new car which has barely done 9000 kms within the city. They call about the problem to ask about it and offer to send a technician but not about fixing anything.
I went around driving other cars of friends and I did not find a problem with their cars...
Now what the heck are they waiting and calling for if there is no solution, and sure as hell am not going to spend from my pocket to get it fixed...
The other thing is I need the car for my daily use and neither do I have time to just have it parked in the service station hoping something will work out...
What should I do. Can someone suggest.
Bad customer experience, they were supposed to drop my Honda BRV yesterday but delayed it for 24 hours, Service Manager was on leave today, no info provided to me, things got resolved after 20 phone calls and follow ups.
I would recommand not to get your Honda Cars serviced by Road Honda Peeragarhi Delhi.
