My wife purchased one saree from Rituwear sector-12 Faridabad outlet with cash payment. The delivery date of one week was given for doing necessary alterations like Fall stiching & finishing etc.
When I went to their outlet & produced the alteration slip along with Bill, shockingly I was told that they have lost the barcode of that particular saree & the saree which was selected, Purchased & subsequently altered by the outlet can not be delivered.
Finally after lot of backtracking they delivered the saree to me.
Then very next day they called on my wife's mobile & asked to return the saree.
I really got surprised with their attitude, behaviour & professional competency.Do they have any customer care / support deptt which may kindly look into the matter & educate the sales team about the basics of salesmanship & attitude towards buyers.
Such instances are highly damaging for the brand image if Ritu Wear.
