Road Safety Club pvt ltd., — Non receipt of Two wheeler Insurance Policy

Dear sir,

My T.R.No. is 396248. I have taken Silver card in 2003 from Road Safey Club Pvt Ltd., / Shriram Insurance for Two Wheeler Insurance Purpose under which 8 years Two wheeler insurance policy will be provided from 2003. Last three years, they have not delivered me the policy documents. In these last three times, i have personally collected the documents from Shriram Chits & Finance, Gajuwaka. This time, they are informing that Shriram insurance division is separated. When I contacted them they informed that they have despatched the documents on 26/02/2008, but till date they were not received. My policy is already expired on 18/02/2008. But till date the policy is not delivered.

Can anybody inform this issue to concerned and see that the policy is delivered.

THIS POLICY WAS DRWN BY M/S SRIRAM CHITS, MANDAPETA BRANCH ANDHRAPRADESH WHEN I ENQUIRED ABOUT MY POLICY RENEWAL, THEY SIMPLY ANSARED ME THAT THEY ARE NO MORE DEALING WITH THE ABOVE CONSERNED. THE REPLEY AND TESPONCE BY THE MANAGER Mr.RAMBABU AND Asst.MANAGER Mr.RAVI IS VERY RECKLESS AND NOT PROPER . MY POLICY WAS LAPSED ON 23/02/2008.THIS COMPLAINT ALSO LODGED WITH AMBUDSMAN INSURENCE.

Road saftey club pvt ltd motor policy — not received renewal policy from 23 Aug 2008

i have taken policy under the oad saftey club pvt ltd on 23/08/2003 under scheme silver card (w).Certificate No :513272. i have received policy till 23 Aug 2008.but on 24/6/2008 i have received letter from Tata AIG that my policy was going to expired on 23 Aug 2008.so i called to Road saftey office chennai branch.she told me you will receive certificate with in week.but till date i have not received it.so again i have called to chennai office then he told me that we are not concerned with it and there response was very arogent.he told me you call to bajaj allianz office.

Sir, I have purchased a memership certificate from ROAD SAFETY CLUB PVT LTD related AMS classi special up to 72 months validity and they only issue me a one year Reliance General Insurance and valid up to 28.05.2008 and no more right now!!!
Regarging this my brothers Two wheelar insurance also pending now!!

i hv taken membership certificate from Road Safety club (p) ltd. thru Shriram Chits Pvt Ltd, Bhilai Branch chhattisgarh on 08/12/2003 for a period of 96 months. We hv not got the certificate for year 2009.

We hv not got the insurance for year 2009.

We hv not got the insurance for year 2009. and there is no claims for my vehicle, also there is no proper address and contact numbers regarding this matter.

please help me for getting the amout i paid for the vehcile for 8 years, bcz of no claims, as per promise of the club earlier, i should get the amount paid by me.

I totally agree with the reaction of the customers as I also did have bad experience.
The insurance was NOT done from 2006-07 to 2010, that is 4 years except 1-2 months in 08. Handed over letter to branch office but no action, even no reply. It is a clear cut case of cheating. It seems, the company has taken customers for a ride . It is also felt,
‘SHRIRAM GROUP’ are not bothered for ‘BRAND IMAGE.’ Will any one patronage the finance, insurance, engineering and other products of the group in the above back drop ? Certainly, I will not. Are the top brass of the company hearing?

In the year 2001 insurance of my Alto Matuti car ( MP 04 HA 2194) was done from 10/2002 to 10/2010, and Rs.31000/- were deposited. For the year 2002 to 06 received the insurance policy regularly. For the year 2006-07, no insurance policy was received from the company in spite of constant chasing by me .During the year 2007-08, even after constant chasing no insurance policy was given by the company. It was only after hectic chasing with the local official on daily basis, who made me the member of this plan, that an insurance policy was made through Tata –AIG only about 1-2 months before expiry period valid up to 16-10-08. During the year 2008-09 and 2009-10 also, the company did not provide any insurance policy, as such, I was compelled to take insurance of my own on payment. Thus the company has violated the terms and condition of the above plan and did not cover my vehicle under the insurance for the year 2006-07, 2007 -08,[protected] and 20009-10.
I request the company to pay the amount of insurance for the period it did not cover my vehicle under insurance, that is, for four years, and also to pay Rs.31, 000/- as refund of the fee. I also call upon to pay compensation for the damages, inconvenience and agony caused to me during the period of membership which was entirely due to the fault of the company.
A letter addressed to Chennai Head Office and local Bhopal office was handed over to Bhopal office but so far no reply is received, let alone action.

For this year i.e. wef.20.09.09 last one years I am not receiving my renewal insurance certificate and the response from the people is rediculous and recently I was given a certificate copy which is having details of my certificate is for HERO HONDA SPLENDER BIKE. Following are the policy details:

Eight years back I invested Rs 3000/- and they informed that if no claim the amount would be reimbured. But now the period expired I contacted the company at Prakasam road T nagar Chennai they informed that the cost of insurance is on the higher side hence unable to refund the amount. I also decided to go to court for getting the amount with interest.

Not received Insurance Renewal papers

I have taken 2 wheeler Insurance from Road Safety Club Pvt Ltd through Shriram Direct To Home (P) Limited, Chennai (Branch Lucknow- Uttar Pradesh) for 3 years, certificate no. is 2310279.

I have not recieve my policy renewal paper. My bike insurance finished on date 09.01.2010. I have not recieve any response from company or responsible branch member. It is very rediculous. Following are the policy details:
