I am suresh kumar.s, haripad, alappuzha district, kerala... I take a membership from road safety club. We are not get renewal certificate for the period[protected]. I am not able contact, becuase phone number is not working... please give contact address & phone numbers.

Eight years back I invested Rs 4000/- with Road Safety Club Pvt Ltd through Shriram Direct To Home (P) Limited, and they informed that if no claim the amount would be reimbursed.

From the year 2007-08 I have not received Group Personal Accident policies. During the year 2008-09 and 2009-10 also, the company did not provide any insurance policy. Thus the company has violated the terms and condition of the above plan and did not cover my GPA insurance for the year 2007 -08,[protected] and 2009-10.

But now the period expires on 29/11/2010. i couldn't contact the company at 2A, Prakasam road, T nagar, Chennai 17. I request the company to refund the amount as per the terms and conditions of the classic card insurance. I also call upon to pay compensation for the damages, inconvenience and agony caused to me during the period of membership which was entirely due to the fault of the company.

Hello Sir,

I am Indrapal Sharma. I had a membership of Road Safety Club PVT. LTD. Chennai for 8 years.
Certificate no. 502015, Date of Enrolment- 02/11/2002. Now the maturity period of my insurance had been completed. I have never applied for any claim in past 8 years.
I want my insurance amount back. I have also sent them photocopy of my memebership certificate but I haven't recieved any reply for their side.
I want to request them to pay attention towards my concern.

Dear sir/madam, i introduce myself P.Eswara Reddy, I have taken road safety club membership card . My card name is SILVER CARD. My certificate no is 60097. I have been handedover my original certificates at your local branch offfice at Anantapur 1year back but till to date iam not received my reimbursement amount, already i launched complaint about this but there is no action initiated by the company. This is i want to know wether the company is interested to reemburse the amount or not. At local branch also response is not good by the company. so pl take immedate action on this issue...

It seems to be obvious for all the members of ROAD SAFETY CLUB. I am also the victim by the said organisation.So it is the time of the Legal Authority to take favorable steps to relive the victims from such adverse situations.

Sir,
i am also one of the victim of the same company from Nellore, Andhra pradesh. The Sri Ram Chits agent consulted me and sold a silver card for Rs, 4, 000/-. After 8 years I consulted the same agent, He informed me to go and ask the Sri ram company who are the company partners. I requested the same company in Nellore branch, they advised me to bring the original certificates and in a month time i will have recieved my money. after one month I went to the company and they said that my original certificate has missed, so contact the chennai company about it. I tried for 3 months on the issue there is no reply. after that one of my friend who is working in Sri ram chits said that I am wasting my time for it, because it is a fraud company. so I left my struggle for my money and scold myself for my foolishness
