Date :25 Jan 2003 and House Insurance from Road Safety Club Pvt Ltd Chennai. for 6 years, Membership certificate no: 260254. Date :09 Dec 2003 I am Narayana from DIST.Visakhapatnam, the member of Road Safety Club.My 8 years silver card no.1001637. In these 8 years there is no any claim from any company.
