[Resolved]  Rockland Hospital — Uneducated Staff

I called today (May 30, 2013). I was trying to reach to CGHS OPD department for Chest Specialist.
With a long hold and tranfering to one-another departments, finally an operator picked up the phone but amazingly OPERATOR PICKED UP AND DISCONNECTED THE PHONE.

I tried 2d time, after another long hold and trasfering to one-another departments, finally an operator picked up the phone. I asked some information about appointment of Chest specialist. But HE STARTED GIVING THE INFORMATION OF CARDIOLOGIST. I TOLD HIM THAT I NEED INFORAMTION OF CHEST SPECIALIST BUT HE SAID THAT "CARDIOLOGIST IS THE CHEST SPECIALIST THERE."

With this kind of poor services; hospital is seeking the grant of crores of rupees from government !!!!!!
