[Resolved]  royal diamond and jewellers ,parsvnath arcade, near shipra mall,indirapuram — substandard jewellery

i bought gold earrings from the royal diamond and jewellers in parsavnath arcade near shipra mall . the owner of the shop claimed it was 23 karat gold but when i tested it in a keratometer it was only 17 Karat.....on confronting the owner he was rude and said that to check the purity by melting it and that keratometer are not a test of purity in any way ....this is violation of the trust of the consumer and the owner and the shop are looting everyone with sub standard jewellery and less karats ...... i hope the concerned authorities can take some action in this regard and fellow consumers are advised to stay away from such dishonest shops
