Employees with family status will pay processing charges of GBP 800 per accompanying family member that is eighteen years and above. And will supply Scanned copies of their international passport copy and passport size photograph as earlier advised and will concurrently include their details as required while filling the Visa Form/Entry Clearance Form as will be sent to you. We will furnish you with details for payment once we receive the UK visa application form well completed/filled and other listed requirement with advice regarding the preferred method of payment.

After sending the total visa fees, you will have to scan and e-mail the transfer slip to us, for confirmation.

As soon as your visa is ready, we will urgently courier the original residence work permit/visa and all the hard copies of your contract documents including your air ticket provided by your employer through our Diplomatic Courier Services details to you.

You have been employed as per your qualifications you submitted to our office. You will be expected to go through 6 days compulsory training/orientation program upon your resumption. 2.0 CONSULTING PERSONNEL

You shall be expected to work with a prime experienced ROYAL GARDEN CONTINENTAL HOTEL team with the mandate to provide excellent services as stipulated in this contract document.

3.0 JOB COMMENCEMENT/ LOCATION
The work Environment will be within the work metropolis of experienced ROYAL GARDEN CONTINENTAL HOTEL UK. You are to report immediately to the Human Resource Director (Mr.Daphne Vollemans) upon arrival to conclude prospects of screening and other logistics.

4.0 SALARY INDICATION

YOU WILL BE ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE GBP 5, 200.00 (FIVE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED POUNDS MONYHLY)
Funds can be transferred to any Bank designated by you and this must be in conformity with the present tax situation of the Country.


5.0 ALLOWANCES/ ENTITLEMENTS

Hazard/Inconveniences: GBP 500 .00 Pounds (Monthly)
Car Maintenance: GBP 300 Pounds (Monthly)
House & Furnishings: GBP 1, 200 Pounds (Yearly)
Entertainment & Recreation: GBP 650.00 Pounds (Monthly)

6.0 GRANTS & LOANS

Old Hem Housing Loan: 1-year service to Royal Garden Hotel UK is required for eligibility.
Starter’s amount will be GBP 12, 575.00 Pounds, can be re-paid within 10years with GBP US$0.00 Pounds interest.
Lieu Car Loan: All Employees are eligible to apply.
Starter’s amount will be GBP7, 045.00 Pounds, can be re-paid within 5years with GBP GBP US$0.00 Pounds interest.
New Orleans Business Loans: All Employees are eligible to apply for loan.
Starter’s amount will be GBP 11, 000.00 to GBP US$19, 000.00 Pounds
After sending one month in Royal Garden Hotel UK.

7.0 PAID LEAVE PERIOD/ TRAVEL

All Employees are entitled to 1 months Paid Leave which can be taken once at a time or 2weeks apart one different period.
All Employees will receive GBP 2, 880.00 Pounds Take home for each leave Period.
Employer for each Inter-continental trip shall pay GBP 1, 520.00 Pounds flat rate travel/entertainment allowance to employee. Travel shall be by business class/first class. Employer shall also take care of employees' travel ticket including that of employees' family only on employee’s early notification to employer and as shall be requested by employee.

8.0 EXPENSES BEFORE TRAVEL BY EMPLOYEES

Expenses made/incurred by the employee related to job before commencement of duties or Expenses made during Travel Plans, Processing of Travel Particulars ETC will be substantiated with proof and Employer will reimburse the Employee not later than Ten (10) working days after submission of Employee’s expense Report and Scan copies as proofs of such Expenses.

Employer however agrees to reimburse fully all Travel costs and Expenses made by Employee.

Employer would not shoulder 100% costs for Travel Expenses, Processing of Work/ Resident Permit Papers of Employee before Work sign-on. This is to possibly evade losses that may be accrued to Employer should Employee decide to decline Job Offer after certain Expenses must have been made by Employer. This agreement hereby binds Employer and Employee in that re-imbursements will be made fully to Employees upon presentation of Expense Reports and proof of Expenses.The first monthly salary shall be paid in advance after the Six Days Orientation programmed before any employee of (ROYAL GARDEN CONTINENTAL HOTEL LONDON). Come down to her duty post officially, this is to enable ROYAL GARDEN CONTINENTAL HOTEL LONDON Staff settle all domestic needs before travel. As such no excuses will be entertained on assumption of duty relating to default.

Payment of First Month’s salary is also geared towards making sure that all employees has enough money in his/her Bank account as the UNITED KINGDOM Expatriates Financial Statutory Law would demand (NEFSL)


Employees (Expatriates) are to note that 3 MONTH UPFRONT SALARIES are paid as soon as Employee Procure and Process the relevant Resident/ Work Permit Documents from the UK IMMIGRATION TRAVEL GUIDE and submit same to CITY Bank O[censored]NITED KINGDOM CBUK as they shall afterwards send the details to us for final verification.

All payment of Salary after assumption of duty in UNITED KINGDOM shall be 70% paid into an offshore account to be provided by employee with the remaining 30% paid locally in UNITED KINGDOM.
This is in line with the UK Expatriate Financial Statutory Laws.

9.0 FEEDING & ACCOMODATION

Newly recruited staff of ROYAL GARDEN CONTINENTAL HOTEL LONDON is expected to reside at the company’s Staff estate. There are FIVE BED-ROOM FLAT DUPLEX options for Employees to choose from,
Also, employees shall be expected to eat at the staff canteen free of charge, as there are dietary options for vegetarians and non-vegetarians.


10.0 MEDICAL EXPENSES

Employer will provide the employee with comprehensive Health care for the term of contract, and follow-on care for injuries suffered during the term of contract for employee and family.

11.0 OFFICE ASSETS TO BE PROVIDED BY EMPLOYER.

Computer resources: Laptop Computer, 1.6 GHz Processor, 256 MB RAM, 24XCD-RW, 30GB Hard Drive, Floppy Drive, Integrated Network Adapter, Internal 56K Modem, Spare Battery and Necessary Software. Full time Internet access is also made available.

Phones: Employer will provide each employee with one (1) landline and one (1) mobile telephone. This shall have a reasonable and limited credit limit application per month.

12.0 SAFETY & SECURITY

Safety and Security (Local/Foreign) and Facilities on Job Locations and communities are no small issues, and have been seriously considered to ensure and assure hitch free operations, all workers are entitled to security men both at work locations & Residential Quarters

All operations on Job Location are designed to adhere strictly to the Health Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy.

All expatriates are entitled to a free and mandatory safety courses on Job Locations to be delivered by qualified safety and environment experts.

All safety wears shall be provided by the Company at Job Locations such like Safety Coveralls, Gloves, Goggles, Helmet and Safety Shoes etc.

13.0 TELECOMMUNICATION/ INTERNET FACILITIES

There are standard Telecommunication Facilities and Internet services at the disposal of all expatriates, and it shall be accessible to all Personnel (Local/Foreign) without any charge or expenses to be incurred.

Expatriates from the Local dealers/Service can obtain cellular Phone Providers in Work Metropolis but must be used in accordance with the safety regulations on Job Locations.

Recreational/Sports Facilities shall also be made available at the disposal of all expatriates with no expenses to be incurred. Laundry and Dry Cleaning Service will also be made available to all Expatriates by the company's laundry and dry cleaning unit.

You shall be required to furnish us with your valid UK residence and work permits papers on or before the 18th of Dec. 2009 as a proof of readiness to join the ROYAL GARDEN CONTINENTAL HOTEL LONDON project team in the due time as stipulated above for your job resumption with the ROYAL KADEF in UK and also to enable you receive your first monthly salary including your due entitlements/emoluments prior to your departure for services with the ROYAL KADEF CONTINENTAL HOTEL in UK.

14.0 CONTRACT DURATION:

Your contract is expected to last for a period of 30 Months which is renewable only on satisfactory

15.0 ADDITIONAL SERVICES

16.0 OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF WORK EMPLOYMENTS

i) That all expatriates considered for this job offer must be satisfactorily qualified.

ii) That all expatriates contacted must submit their original certificates and credentials to the Human Resources manager for screening as soon as they arrive UK.

iii) That the company will only be responsible for 70% processing fees of expatriates travelling documents and work permit document etc.

iv) In lieu of 3 above, expatriates are expected to pay 30% of their processing fees to a reliable Legal Attorney that will be communicated to them in no distance time as soon as they have been consider/giving the job appointment.

v) All expatriates contacted and contracted for this engagement will have the Hard copy of their job contract engagement papers document been forwarded to the reliable Legal Attorney assigned to procure their travelling documents, immigration particulars, work permit, etc.

VI) That employee shall make him/herself available to resume his/her office as soon as posible he/she has has been cleared by the London Immigration Service Department.

These are strictly and prescribely stated in the company MEMORANDUM and ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION and the company MODUS OPERANDI.

Few days back i too recieved the same details regarding job in hotel from royal garden. After my reply they told me to pay 400 GBP to some account. if i paid full amount means they wil send the visa and all. now i dont know wat to do... pls give me some advice regarding this...

Yes I am also received the same job offer from Royel Garden Hotel. They have asked us to pay 550 pounds on visa confirmation. May be I thought that this is a very fake and cheat to all candidates we want to approach through legally complaint on them. ...Sateesh

EXPENSES BEFORE TRAVEL BY EMPLOYEES

Since you have been successfully screened and recruited by the Human resources Department, the ROYAL GARDEN FAMILY shall be catering for your Visa and work permit expenses. You shall be required to sworn an Affidavit of Oath at the British Crown Court of Justice before the management approves to incur your entry document charges in full.

The sworn Affidavit of Oath is a written form of evidence used in court proceeding which binds the contract which you have with our organization. The Affidavit set out the fact as you remember them. In legal matters, the evidence wanted for court to hear about your matter must be in a sworn Affidavit of Oath. Your statuary declaration/statement of fact to bide in this contract will be made as your name is being sworn; also you will incur the necessary expenses of such at the crown court of justice here in UK. (Court expenses are duly reimbursed)

Before the company commences on your entry process with the licensed immigration attorney, you shall be required to furnish us a copy of your sworn Affidavit of Oath from the British Crown Court of Justice as a proof of readiness to join the ROYAL GARDEN FAMILY Team in the due time as stipulated for the earliest processing of your visa and work permit also you shall be expected to personally incur the expenses as related to the acquisition processing.
