I agree... Royal Goan are a fraud. The exact same promises were made to me too. And I fell for the trap. I intend to sue them in the consumer court.

Please can Absolutpush please tell me whether you are indeed referring to the named company Royal Goan Holiday Resort PVT Ltd - these are based in Calangute I believe and I think THESE are who you refer to.
Please contact me if you have an issue with regards to the Royal Goan Beach Club - part of the Royal Resorts section of KRG as they have been reputably established in Goa now for 20 years and always attend to member issues when they are brought to the attention of the Customer Service department.
Unfortunately it would seem that success breeds copycat naming of other companies and often these are not as reputable. Thus with similar named Companies comes confusion which can be misleading to any new or propective members searching the web for information.
Direct communication will always solve issues of course so please do get in touch if you require more information.
