On 29/08/2009 (Saturday), I purchased a bottle of ROYAL STAG from KAFNOO (KINNAUR IN HIMACHAL PRADESH) to celebrate with my friends. To our astonishment we found a moth (looks like a filthy butterfly) inside the bottle while relishing it. Whole of the celebrations got ruined. This bottle not only became spoilsport but we suffered from mental agony too, as we were not fond of eating insects. This really puts a big question on the quality control of the company. Anyway, whatever happened was not good on the part of manufacturers.
Explain me why I shall not bring this matter in front of the media and knock at the doors of consumer court. Was this information helpful? |
