[Resolved]  Royal Stag — Defective bottle neck (180 ml)

I am your regular customer of Royal Stag Whisky. It has been observed that four times neck cracked while opening of the pilfer proof cap of the bottle (180 ml). It is very dangerous to anybody because broken pieces felled in the glass accidently.
Root cause --- Improper locking of pilfer proof cap on the bottle neck due to insufficient pressure of caping machine.Bottles were filled at your Dindori plant District Nashik (Maharashtra)
Being a packaging man and your regular customer I suggest you to increase neck thickness of the bottle so that it can resist the caping machine head pessure while caping operation.
