[Resolved]  Royal Travels — Refund amount not given for cancelled ticket

I have booked a ticket on 1-Feb-2012 in http://www.royalbus.in. Later I have cancelled the ticket on 6-feb-2012. The refund amount promised is Rs.694.
I got a mail on 12-feb-2012 regarding the initiation of refund process. But till today I did not get my money credited to my account. I have contacted to the number given in the website. I have been redirected to nearly 4 people, but there is no proper response. They just claim that the problem might be with the payment gateway. I have also not given the contact number of the person in the payment gateway. I have been asked to reply to the mail that I received on 12-feb-2012. Even after sending 3 reminder mails I did not get the reply. Please help me to get my money back.
