[Resolved]  RPFC Wazirpur New Delhi — Not received my PF amount

Dear Sir,

I applied for my PF transfer from previoues employer (M/s Desein Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi) to current employer (L&T Limited) thru RPFC, Thane on 13.10.2008 . But still my transfer is not yet trnansferred. Tried to contact many time, but no response from concerned authority.
Please do the needful to expedite the process to get my amount transfered in current PF account.
My old account number is DL/3406/2489 & my amount to be transferred in my new EPF Account number MH/424/270005.

what to say man..My own PF is with wazirpur PF office since the last 3months...last month i went they told me it takes atleast 3 months and till now it hasnt come ...its so clear that this country has no LAWS to counter these people working in these GOVT OFFICES who are incompetent .The only way to get the work done is by paying money to the DALALS who are waiting outside the PF office coz they pay the PF govt officers ...thatz how the PF officers make money.

I am Paras Nath Mishra. My PF No is DL/30246/142. I have joined M/s.Central Park Estates Pvt Ltd on 16 november 2006 and left it on 31 july 2008.During this period Rs 780 / month (From each side i.e. employer and Employee) has been summited in my PF account and Rs 3000 / month as a voluntary PF from 1st july 2007 to 31st july 2008 has been summated in my PF account also.But I have received only two amount Rs 17668 and Rs 10945 in the month of February 2009, which is incorrect. I have visited two times wazirpur PF office but no body was ready to settle my account.
So, kindly settle my account and allow to pay the balance amount.

I had personally gone and deposited my Provident Fund withdrawal form at Wazirpur Office on 07-Jan-09. It has been now 75-days and has not received the same so far.

Nobody picks up phone, don't know what to do. Kindly do the needful so as to receive my money from PF office.
