I HAVE DEPOSITED THE FORM NO 19, 10C AND13 ON 1512009 FOR FINAL SETTLEMENT AT YOUR WAZIRPUR OFFICE.I HAVE CONTACTED FOUR TIME AT YOUR OFFICE, BUT EVERY TIME I WAS ENSURED THAT THE CHQ. WILL BE SENT TO YOU SHORTLY, BUT TILL TODAY I HAVE NOT RECEIVED.
