[Resolved]  RPO Chandigarh — PASSPORT NOT RECIEVED

Dear Sir,

I had applied for my fresh passport in First week of May-08.
My file No. is Z511947 with key No. [protected].Three days back I checked the status of my File on net & found Comment as " Police enquiry not received"& file receiving date as 16-07-08.I go to my local police station to know the status of enquiry report & get to know from them the enquiry had sent to RPO Chandigarh vai speed post dtd. 29-05-08.It is my humble request to you to plz. furnish me the right status of my file & by which date I will receive my passport.

i've applied for fresh passport in the month of sept2008. On nov01, 2008 i checked the status of my file & found that it will be delivered to me in 10 days. After waiting, today ie on 15nov, i checked the status of my case again and i m surprised to see the information that says, " It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the dispatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time".
i'll be thankful to you if your office dispatch my passport in the said time. My file number is chd-z[protected].

I am NITIN SINGHAL S/O SH. SUNIL SINGHAL. I applied for passport on 26/10/2009 FILE NO : CHDZ51322409.
I received a letter dated 4/12/2009 mentioning FURNISH FORM NO 1 AFRESH, DULY COMPLETED IN ALL RESPECTS WITH PHOTOGRAPHS AFFIXED IN THE BOXES GIVEN IN THE FORM AND SIGNED BY YOU.
In response to which i have submitted the completed form with documents on the date[protected] but i have not received my passport till now and the website is displaying the same objection.
Please look into the matter and issue me the passport promptly.

I applied for renew of passport through PSK Ludhiana on 08/08/2013. My file no:CH[protected].
The police inquiry was submitted to you on 14/09/2013, wrong without verify the facts.I have submitted a complaint against the official to commissioner police ludhiana who responsible for this. The copy of the same with all the proofs (enclosed) was sent to you . Please look into matter, help me issue the passport at earliest .
