[Resolved] Rsg Infotech Pvt Ltd (Apple Service Provider) — Very bad service

Hi my name is Mahesh and i had very bad experience with this company called RSG INFOTECH PVT LTD.Their charge huge amount of money for their service. They also provide Pirated software and says they are No-1 Apple Service Provider in India. People who are working with them are just working for namesake they have no interest in their work. They just charge so much, only for their company's name. I think Apple should open their service center in India then only they will understand what is customer satisfaction.I think they are the Worst apple service provider in World. Hey i m totally Disagree with above complain.Me too think apple should open their service center in india then only all will understand the service of RSG Infotech Pvt Ltd. And one more comment i want to add if you are with premium product please pay extra care, Don't blame RSG people they are charging exactly what they guided by Apple...

Akhilesh just try the numbers you have.
Go and meet staff and office environment.
All offices and stores shutter down except Andheri, amboli head office.
All over india all branches closed.

Atria Imagine store, Inorbit Imagine store, Tardeo Service Centre, Pune Service Centre, Store everything closed.

Director is absconding. His number is switched off from months.
No alternate numbers to reach him.

RSG Infotech director cheating everyone.

Customers paid in advance but machine not delievered.
not paying salary to staff.
Bank Executives coming for money recovery.
Vendors from years coming for dues Recovery.
Salaries of staff from 08 months on hold.
Office Boy's salary giving in parts of May & June.
Police coming to head office Andheri about case against them from D.N. Nagar Police Station, Andheri West, Mumbai.

They are not Apple Authorised Reseller or Premium Reseller.
Apple Terminated them.
