[Resolved]  RTO Mumbai — Tracking of Driving license

Hello Sir,
I had lost mine license and applied duplicate licensed at Borivali RTO on 08/05/2015 but as on the date 16/08/2015 but still I have not received mine license what should I do ? Mine Receipt number of duplicate license is 13A[protected] & inward Number is 562 15.Do we have any way to track online or put any complain online to solve this out problem.
If anyone can help me can reply me on [protected]@gmail.com, it would be a grate help to me.

Same issue, I have applied for the smart card license and i was told that i would be getting the smart card licence in 15 days, But i hav'nt received it yet could you help.

I had applied for Learning license with Aadhar Card, Ration Card, Pan Card and College Leaving certificate. Aadhar Card and Ration Card was having same address even though RTO guy asked me to furnish additional documents such as Electric Bill or Passport or Voter ID card. I am surprised with his additional demand ? Is it because I didn't went through agent ??? If website allows me to apply with Aadhar Card which id address as well as Identity proof why he is asking for more documents. It's very irritating that government officials themselves do not follow the rule and unnecessary demand for additional documents to harass the public. I have electric bill and voter card by its not mandatory to submit all documents for license. I though I wasted my entire day by coming here and there would be repetition again in second time.

One agent met me in RTO and he said he can get it done if I pay him 500 rupees. Same officer validated the documents without asking even single question. Having such a corrupt officials in system believe me no one in India can remove corruption.

If you don't have money you can't get anything by process. If you have money all process are set aside. It's very unfortunate.

I faced the same problem 11 months back and this is how I resolved it.

After waiting for my license for 11 months, I realized that the postman had come to my place but did not deliver the license as there was no one at home.

So I went to the Andheri RTO office with the chalan and an address proof.

I applied for renewal and address change of driving license No.B 12986 on dt:[protected] in Dhahisar RTO with receipt no 13 A 5622734, INWARD NO 509404/16, Agent said it will came directly on your postal address, but still I haven't get my license. I have given my Driving test for Two Wheeler at Wadala RTO on 5th October 2015 & had submitted my 4 Wheeler License for change of Name and address post marriage. I was informed by my Agent that I would receive the License within 2 months by Post.

Every month i had been following up with the agent, but they informed me that since the officer who was available on the driving test day, was on leave and it has been pending as no other Officer is ready to take his work. Last month when i contacted my agent, he informed me that the license had been dispatched in the 1st week of December, but since no one was available at my residence, it had gone back. So i visited the RTO office again with my ID proof, Chalan and had to give a declaration to re dispatch and I was informed that i should receive license within 10 days.

It has been 6 months as on date, still i haven't received my License.

DEAR SIR,
As I have given my Driving test for Four Wheeler at Tardeo RTO on 1st Mar 2016 & passed the test at first attempt.And it was informed by RTO Agent that License will come directly through postal service within 7 days. It has passed 13 days now but I am not able to track my license till now and even the agent is refusing to answer since there is no tracking system for license.
Earlier RTO agents use to ensure proper delivery of License since it was hand delivered to them. But now neither agents are taking responsibility nor our RTO authority have any information centre regarding the same. People are suffering & struggling.
