[Resolved]  Ruby Hospital & Poly Clinic — Excessive Charges

In reference to above subject, i had make a payment to IASGO2009 for conference in beijing, china on 31.07.2009. Earlier on 03.08.2009 i have received a message from your customer care that "Transaction of CNY52, 083.30 made on SBI credit card [protected] at WANGYINZAIXIAN beijing.
The Actual amount to be used on creditcard will be 5000 China Yuan + 4% bank charges only.

Kindly look into matter & do needful to me on urgent basis.
