[Resolved]  S B I — atm pin request

I am Rashmi Srivastava, customer of State Bank of India (Vishnupuri Branch, Kanpur, U.P ).
My ATM cum Debit card PIN is not recd and so that unable to operate my SBI debit card from any ATM machine.

I have already contacted to Branch for the same but there response is not good.

i had applied for reissue of PIN for my ATM debit card (joint holder) on 20/04/2009 and the charges for the same was deducted from my a/c on 23/04/2009. but till date i have not received my PIN . i have lodged my complaint to my local branch SBI PATA ( branch code 1937) and chaiman cbi customer cell also but no response till date.
i am getting very tough without use of ATM card.
kindly look into the natter seriously.

i didn't receive my debit card pin number. i opened my account two months back and i received my debit card. please send me as soon as possible.

I am Gulzar Hussain S/O Nissar Ali R/O kargil having my saving account in your bank branch kargil bearing the account NO., [protected].and the bank issued me ATM card bearing NO.[protected].i made an withdrawal through myATM card on 6th may 2009, throguh Jammu and kahsmir ATM branch Kargil but my transiction not not succesfull, and i contact SBI dealing member about the fault with an application and they issured me that the money has been not drawn from the JK bank ATM but it is still withdrawn from the SBI account by making repeated reminders the bank only assured that the money will be returned by JK bank to my SBI account, at last the SBI told me that the transiction has been made succesfull how it can be happen?the transiction not succesfull slip is already with me and the documents al requisition to JK bank is already lying with the SBI bank.
Sir, in this connection it is requested that you may personally look into the matter and return my sum amounting to Rs.10, 000.
