[Resolved] Safari Perfume — Charges to Credit Card in error
First - My credit card (Master Card no. [protected]) is submitted for Identification purposes.
Next, The charges you submitted to CITI cards for payment are ridiculous. Just review these charges and tell me if You think they are fair. These are what you billed my credit card for and I only ordered three vials of Safari perfume for Christmas gifts. I request a refund of the amounts listed on on my CITI Card Invoice sale dates:
1. 12/17/2009 - 2 x 53.09 = $106.18
2. 12/18/2009 - $48.64 + $57.80 = $ 106.44
3. 12/19/2009 - $48.64 + 0.00 = $ 48.64
5. 12/22/2009 - $49.62 + $76.77 = $126.39
In my book, you owe me a credit card refund of $281.47
I just can/t believe the variances in charges for the same type perfume as compared to the advertised Costs. Reference the last item for $76.77 Can you believe the vendor charged $39.99 for shipping of one 2.5 ounce bottle of perfume?
Request that You notify CITI Cards at once about these charges with notification of Your refund to them for my account. Thanks so much for Your timely attention to this matterr.
