[Resolved] Sagar Hospital Jayanagar Bangalore — Wrong pharmacy bills were created | |||
Hello sir, This is Yusuf Khan, my wife ayesha was taken to sagar hospital for fever & weekness on 17th of June 6pm, in Emergency. Doctor told us patient is very week, & heart beat is also too high (120), so need to be kept in cardio ICU. Based on doctor instruction patient was moved to ICU at 7.15pm & connected only Pulse reading machine to the patient with drips also. I went inside the ICU to speak to doctor for the condition of the patient, she was doing well, but temp was 100, then my wife told me to take her to toilet room, then with the help of nurse, we took her to toilet room. Then morning again in ICU doctor told book the ward we will shift her by after noon to the ward, then my wife told again, she wants to go to toilet & she told whole night 4times she has gone to toilet with the help nurse. 18th June 4pm she was shifted to general ward & medicen was also carried with her Under pads, Daipers, Glucos pouches 5No, Pentaci injection, alergic lotion & with some syrenges & injections & tablets. 19th june morning, i went to patient, i saw all medicans their except the 1 less Glucos pouch. then morning 12pm doctor told us to discharge, then sisters collected all medicence remaining to return it back to the pharmacy. I had made a note of medicence it was wort of Rs 900 It took 5pm to discharge, the bill was Rs18767, in which 16000 was insurance claimed & remaining was 2767 to be paid, i asked for the break up of the bill, their was Under pads, gloves, daipers charged was 1550, remaining was the records processing & Maintenance charges. when i checked the bill the returned medicen was only Rs 150 only, then i checked with PRO also they denied saying it has been used ICU. Then i asked PRO to cross check with sisters that Diapers & under pads has been used, they replied 2under pads were used & No Daipers as she was walkable. remaing medicen is not in picture & they don't have any answer for that. so please help me to go further & this things should not happen for others.
