[Resolved] Sahakari Bhandar — LOYALTY CARD POINTS ADDITION
I had a disappointing experience at SAHAKARI BHANDAR ( Borivili West, LIC Colony ). I had shopped goods worth Rs. 360. Being a LOYALTY CARD holder, even after submitting the card "at the time of billing", for some reasons my card number didnt come up on the bill.
I spoke to the cashier who asked me to retain the bill so that the month end discounts can be availed. When I showed this to the MANAGER ( Mr. Bhalerao ) he began accussing me of my mistake of not showing the card at the time of billing & hence this situation arised. I then supported my topic by showing my payment of my HDFC DEBIT CARD approval slip that showed the time & amount which "MATCHED" exactly with the bill time & amount. Yet Mr. Bhalerao told me that my points cannot get considered to be added because I am responsible for not displaying my LOTALTY CARD at the time of billing.
Kindly advise me on what can we do to ensure that this gets resolved. Also, I am sure there would be many such customers in my situations facing this experience. Thanks ..
