[Resolved] Sahara City Homes — refund of money | |
This is to bring to your kind attention that i had booked a home in Sahara suvarna Yojna and deposited Rs. 100000 in the year 2003 at Branch of sahara india pariwar rajkot gujrat. I had contacted Sahara office to get my money due to delay of project but did not got any satisfactory answer. They provide me lucky draw coupen its number is "ZBE 5409 " but i cant see my result on their website due to lucky draw page can not be open since long, and branch office also not replying satisfactory. i have not received any kind of information since long from the company about project progress. when i invest money, sahara said that blocking period would be 4 years for withdraw amount and now they said that blocking period is 6 year policy is changed. till the date they not given me fair receipt of money. i want to refund my money with intrest of 10 % / year (they promised this rate). please do needful. Sahara City Homes is a FRAUD COMPANY. My friend has been cheated and the delivery of the flat is delayed. Housing loan liability is mounting and case filed in the consumer court takes years to resolve.
