We have done two investments of 10000/- each in Sahara India Housing Scheme (Rajat Yojana) in year 2004 and till date we have not heard anything on the status of our investments from the concerned office. Nobody from the authority is listening to us and we are feeling cheated since more than 6 years have passed and we are still kept in dark. Now we want to have refund of our money along with the accrued interest for the period and the compensation towards mental harassment i have been subjected to for last six years and breaking the trust of investors like me. I am also a victim of SAHARA HOUSING SCHEME (RAJAT YOJANA). The amount was paid towards booking of a two bedroom flat in Delhi. I was told that a housing complex will be constructed with one gate opening in Delhi and the other one Chona, Gurgaon. A passbook was issued. When i contacted the agent after a year to know the developments the phone no. was incorrect. Later I visited the Patel Nagar office and to my surprise there was no such office. I called Sahara India's head officer at Kapurthala Complex, Lucknow; they did not attend properly saying that Real Estate Division is different. I was very disheartened as i lost my hard earned money and also i felt cheated and mocked at due to my dream to own a house in Delhi. I am optimistic once again due to this forum where i have come across many others who were cheated by Sahara in the similar way.
