[Resolved] Sahara India Housing Scheme (Rajat Yojana) — Not paid full amount as per scheme.

Hi,

My mother had invested 20,000 rs in "Sahara Rajat Yojna" on "[protected]" and got two certificate Number: [protected], [protected] (Of 10,000 each). My mother withdraw money after[protected]. As per policy, we should have got 30,780 rs. But we got 29,198 rs only and told that remaining amount has been deducted as TDS. When I visit to Baraut branch (from where these certificate had been issued) for issuing Tax certificate. They didn't respond positively. So I request you to give me the Tax certificate of the deducted amount or let me know what happened of the deducted money.

I (Mr. Ajay Singh) also paid Rs. 10, 000, 00 on 01/09/2003 vide receipt no :[protected] but it looks the SAHARA GROUP has vanished with money of all Investors and then they publish Article like Emotionally Speaking in the leadin Newspapers and claim they they are very honest with the Investors. I have received no communication from them. I think they must fufill the promise and return the money with interest to Investors if they can't fulfill the promise of allotting plots etc.

I have made an investments of 10000/- in Sahara India Housing Scheme (Rajat Yojana) in year 2003 through agent GURDEEP KAUR & I got 2nd bumper prize of a benifit cupon of Rs. 10, 000/- as per details given below:-

Till date I have not heard anything on the status of our investments from the concerned office. Nobody from the authority is listening to me and I am feeling cheated since more than 9 years have passed and I am still kept in dark.
Now we want to have refund of our money along with the accrued interest for the period and the compensation towards mental harassment i have been subjected to for last nine years and breaking the trust of investors like me.
