[Resolved]  Sahara Prime City Ltd — Premia receipts for payments made

Dear Sir,

I am not getting the receipts for payments made against the following policies in my name. You are therefore requested to please let me have the receipts/certificates confirming payments of premia.

1. Policy No.[protected] Table 93-25 premia of July, 2008 & January, 2009 @ Rs.1568/- each
2. Policy No.[protected] Table 14-21 premia of August, 2008 & Feb.2009 @ Rs.1995/- each
3. Policy No.[protected] Table 122-18 premium of September, 2008 for Rs.10306/-
